Acupuncture - the Unsung Hero
Today’s blog is a blatant plug for Acupuncture. I think it is about time that I expanded your horizons on the many and varied uses of Acupuncture. So, strap yourself in for a whirlwind tour.

Most of you would be aware of Acupuncture’s track record in the field of pain management. Many of you would also be aware that Acupuncture is great for addictions (smoking in particular). Some of you are aware of its use as an adjunctive therapy in gynecology field (fertility issues, painful periods, morning sickness, etc.).
But how many of you are aware of the use of acupuncture in the psycho-emotional field? Did you know that Acupuncture is great for anxiety, depression and [the entire spectrum of] stress?
You didn’t know that? Well let me tell you that it is a great add-on to your other therapies and in many cases a stand alone therapy. And while we are at it; I have a number of clients who have found Acupuncture beneficial when undertaking IVF programs.
Of course how could you not consider Acupuncture for those nagging sports injuries and joint problems!
And I would be remiss if I didn’t say that I believe Acupuncture an excellent tool for energy enhancement and wellness management. I have a number of clients who have Acupuncture on a regular basis - to balance the forces that undermine their system.
So, if it’s energy you’re looking for you really should consider talking to me about creating a program to suit your needs (and your budget of course). Perhaps today might be the day to make that phone call.
