Sweet Poison

Sweet Poison book cover
It isn't often that we come across anything other than hype in the world of diet. Every month there is this diet and that diet and this exercise regime and that exercise regime. After a while, even we find it difficult to wade our way through the mire of information and misinformation, of which the latter is far too frequent. However, a recent ABC radio podcast had us paying full attention.
ABC (Brisbane) Radio's Conversation Hour with Richard Fidler, had a guest on, whose research on diet has some far reaching implications for obesity, diet and a range of (diet related) chronic diseases. David Gillespie author of Sweet Poison and Sweet Poison Quit Plan had some very interesting things to say about this minefield. So rather than inflict our interpretation upon you we suggest you download this podcast and listen to it.

You can purchase the books directly from David Gillespie's web site, or let us know and we will send you the link to a great website where you can get a good discount. You can also subscribe to David's Blog Raisin' Hell, which will keep you informed. We highly recommended. both the web site and the Blog.

I (Greg) - forever the willing lab rat - am so impressed I have removed fructos (the nasty sugar) from my diet. I will keep you informed about my progress.
